Kolbeh in Fairfax is one of the best authenticTurkish cusines. It was honestly the perfect spot for a family and friends gathering. The atmosphere is super welcoming, but the food is what really stole the show— the Iskander kebab, doner, pide, Turkish breakfast and every single item kn menu was incredibly fresh, tasty, and authentic. Everyone in our group kept talking about how good the food was. It’s just a great, cozy place to sit down with the people you love and enjoy an amazing meal. We will definitely be back!

Any food establishment attached to a mall is always a gamble, but the high rating definitely caught our eye! Took my mother for dinner who is my Turkish food critic and it completely surprised us! Incredibly fresh food with a variety of flavor profiles. Appetizers we ordered included the Mezzeh Spread (8/10) and lahmacun (8.5/10). Entrees included two Beef/Lamb Shawarma's (8.5/10), and the lamb shank (10000/10000!). By far the most tender lamb I’ve had in the DMV! Tenderism at its peak as the meat fell off the bone immediately. Incredibly flavorful. It’s hard to find a beef/lamb shawarma where the meat not be dry, but this one was incredibly juicy. For dessert, we ordered the kunefe (8/10, very good) rollet (6.5/10 - a bit dry) and baklava (6/10 almond, pistachio not available unfortunately). Definitely recommend this place for any Turkish food lovers who are willing to make the drive to Fair Oaks mall. Definitely in the top 5 for DMV.

We had a lovely Turkish breakfast! The tea was bold and flavorful, and the savory egg dishes were authentically delicious. I especially loves their strawberry jam and creamy honey - it went so well with the simit. I highly recommend Kolbeh Turkish Cuisine for their breakfast experience.

This is one of the best Turkish restaurants in the city. The breakfast dishes were so delicious 😋 and the options were endless 👍🏼 They also have plenty of options for lunch and dinner. The Turkish tea here is also good here and the fresh juices were refreshing. Team working here are super friendly and attentive, and special thanks to the owner for a great meal 🥘. Will definitely be returning 🔜

It was such a great experience. We ordered the Kebab Family Mix Platter, Hummus, and Cheese Pide. The amount of food was good for a family of 5. I really liked the Chocolate Mousse and the Kunefe&ice cream. The service was great and we didn’t have to wait to get seated. The food was served quickly. I would definitely come back again.
